Firstly,
anyone on here selling ae101 corolla USDM or Quad headlights?
I know they can be bought on ebay and thats what i'm going doing is buying them new on there but does anyone have a link for the adaptor that is needed for the correct fitting? thanks in advance guys

Do you mean a harness to convert the H4 bulb to 9005/9006 bulbs?

no i believe it's not required you only need an extra earth wire so that can be done without an adaptor
