what kind of modifications is she after?

theres quite afew things that can be done to the corolla.. from simple alloy changes to completely different engines.

Welcome to the site! Best way to get ideas/inspiration is to look at pics of other modified Corollas. Maybe show her the pics so she knows what she wants. Good luck!

Yeah I love them to but I have to take them off, as the wheel nuts don't sit on the wheel right :/
Not sure what to do about this..
I had to put in spacers so I could fit them on the car in the first place, because they were scraping on the brakes.

Ugh, not sure what to do....

Are the nuts the wrong shape (taper instead of shank or vice/versa) or is there simply not enough thread length exposed on the wheel to engage properly?

New set of wheel nuts is an easy fix, if there isn't enough thread exposed (quite possible since you've fitted spacers) then you either need to change to bolt-on spacers or press out the old wheel studs and fit longer ones

Also bear in mind that all kinds of spacers (bolt-on, slip-on) are illegal in NSW unless factory-fitted to the car, as are wheels which protrude out of the wheel-arches (and you'll usually fail a pink-slip if the mechanic spots either of those)

Yeah, which is a shame, but I can understand why.

The wheels are 15x8, 0 offset.

They slip on spacers, which got them off the brake pads, but like you said, leave little room for the bolts to 'bolt' on.

I'm going to sell these rims and tyres, and get me a set 2nd hand for cheap that will do the job til I can get coilovers and widen the fender guards aswell.
SO if anyone wants them, and they're in Australia around Western Sydney, PM me Smile

Will keep this post updated about the car build, not the selling of the wheels.

So, I put some OZ Racing Wheels on the car that are 15x7, and they STILL scrape -_-
I'm not sure what to do.. what the best size rim and tyres I can get without rolling the guards?
this is getting ridiculous. HELP!
